1. Store Operator and Scope

boboud operates this website (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to your use of the store and purchases made through it, along with the product information and policies shown before checkout.

2. Using the Store

When placing an order, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to place an order or, where necessary, have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store for illegal purposes or fraudulent transactions, disrupt its operation, or access information or systems without authorization.

3. Products and Information

Please check the product description, sizing, materials, and care instructions before you buy. Colors may look different depending on your device and display settings. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, substantially different from its description, or sent by mistake.

We work to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate. If an error affects your order, we will explain it and the options available to you. We will not send a substitute product or charge you more without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will let you know and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

4. Prices and Payment

The store and checkout display the applicable price and currency. You will see any applicable taxes and the final order total before making a payment.

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. Checkout shows the available payment methods, and payments are handled by the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee a delivery date. Our Shipping Policy provides further details.

To correct an address, change an order, or request a cancellation, email hello@boboud.com as soon as possible. We will see whether the change can be made before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

An eligible return may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping costs and charge no restocking or return handling fee.

We will tell you the outcome after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Shopify and Privacy

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or purchase from it, Shopify processes information to provide commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information outside your country.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and how to contact us about privacy rights. Shopify explains its own information practices in its Privacy Policy.

8. Website Materials and Third Parties

Intellectual property rights may protect materials on this website, whether those rights belong to us or to third parties. Buying a product does not transfer those rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to another service does not, by itself, indicate affiliation with or endorsement by that service. If you use an external service, please read its applicable terms and privacy notice.

9. Problems, Legal Rights, and Changes

If you have a problem with the website or an order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Subject to applicable law, the terms and policies provided when you place an order will continue to apply to that purchase. We will communicate material changes when required.
